LAUSD Volunteer

Register via the LAUSD Volunteer Portal to qualify for in-class support, campus assistance, and field trip chaperoning. Specific classroom roles are organized individually by teachers and often shared through designated Room Parent channels.

Room Parent

Act as a liaison between your child’s teacher, classroom families, the Mar Vista PTA, and MVSEG. Share important updates with your class and help ensure all students enjoy the many activities and special programs planned throughout the year as part of the Room Parent team.
